Sunday Inspiration: Fashion Crimes!

We've all heard of  "fashion police"  and how you can end up in big trouble if you commit "fashion crimes".  I haven't been in the fashion blog community long, but I've been here long enough to see that everything seems to be legal here.  Every color imaginable thrown together in one outfit, stripes with florals, dresses as skirts...you name it, someone's done it.  Fashion bloggers are the most creative people ever when deciding on what their costume is going to be each day.  It's a little Barbie, a little Polly Pocket and a lot of fun!  I'm encouraging everyone today to think outside the fashion box.  If Lady Gaga can wear raw meat, I'm sure that nothing we can think of to put on is going to be too outrageous!  Here are a few looks I've tried since I began posting daily outfit shots.  Thanks to all the mismatched bloggers who inspired these looks!
Leopard and Camo and Lace, Oh my!
Belt worn as necklace
Orange with Pink
Floral with Stripes
Orange and Violet
Dress as Skirt
Floral with Plaid
Graphic Print with Zebra
Mismatched Florals

Camo with Orange.  But I could go hunting in this outfit!
I saved the best (or worst depending on your viewpoint) for last.  Don't dress like a bee!
Yellow, black and white.
These are my fashion faux pas.  Now it's your turn.  What fashion crimes are you going to commit  this week?

What I'm Wearing (last photo, all other outfits previously posted)

Black/white stripe top, Goodwill, $2.50
Yellow skirt, Fashion Bug, $13.99 with coupon
Yellow scarf, Claire's, $6.99
Black shoes, Shoe Show, $10

Total for Outfit:  $33.48

Love the outfits. I must say that you really rocked the camo/lace/leopard one. I am a sucker for mukluk (boots) and I am loving your flower ones.

I can't wait to wear my read skirt and purple shirt.

This is really an interesting post. Breaking the "rules" seems to come easier to you than it does to me after so many years on the planet. there are several of these looks I really like--the dress as a skirt and the orange with the camo!

Can't tell if that is a vest or jacket in first photo, but it is adorable.

Hey Brett, That's a military vest over a brown cardigan that I buttoned up and wore as a shirt. It was during the 30 for 30 remix when we had to get as much mileage out of our clothes as possible!
