Day 28: Happy Birthday To Me...Sort Of...

Happy birthday to me...Happy birthday to me...well...sort of.  My real birthday is February 29th but since there is no 29th this year, I am claiming today as my official birthday.  Truthfully, on years that I don't get a real day, I tend to stretch it out over a period of days.  "Hey, let's go eat out for my birthday today."  Then the next day, "Hey, let's have a shopping trip for my birthday today."  Shhh...it's working for me.

Another neat thing about my birthday is that my daughter's birthday is the day after mine on March 1st.  This tends to result in a whole weekend of celebrating, one way or another.
